Access Value Healthcare Solutions Dubai – Founded in 2014 by Craig McLaren and Irfan Khan – AVHS is a regional organization covering the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and Pakistan. We are based in Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park and we aim to help international medical device and diagnostic companies fast track their success in these emerging markets. The region has huge potential but also significant barriers to success. Navigating the bureaucracy, complex regulatory environment, business relationships can be time consuming and challenging. This can be especially true for companies unfamiliar or not present in the MENA region. Specifically selecting the right Distributor partners is a key process and managing them for success is a key skill in this region. Representation For the Region
We become your sales and marketing eyes and ears on the ground in the Middle East and North Africa Region. We can act as your “master distributor”, providing a single point of contact for a complex and highly networked region. We will help identify, select and appoint appropriate distributor partners for your business and then manage them into win win partnerships, thus enabling the acceleration of sustainable growth.
We can manage specific projects on your behalf in this region. For example this can range from research and analysis of the healthcare environment, a strategic assessment of your business, building road maps for success or identifying and recruiting of talent. Projects can also include identifying distributors, facilitating registrations or helping on tender projects.
We accelerate regulatory approvals utilising our network, as well as offer access to key clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
We facilitate strategic partnerships with key influencers and partners across the region. In addition to this, we provide strategic assess- ments, offer business model advice including Joint Ventures.
