Dayarn Dubai – Dayarn Pharma, founded in 2010 and headquartered in Dubai, is a multi-national style organisation with the aim to deliver the highest quality standards of sales, marketing and regulatory activities needed to maximise brands in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets across the MENA Region. We manage all the steps needed to bring new and unregistered products to market. We deliver regulatory approval for each country in a region that is complex and fragmented. We work with a selection of the top 5 distributors in each country to ensure we choose the ‘best fit’ for logistics support for a given product.
These activities, together with our understanding of the markets, pave the way for us to develop and adapt effective marketing strategies for each brand we represent. All multi-national pharmaceutical companies (MNC) have a significant portfolio of mature and established products. Over time, a strategic focus on the newly launched products results in a steady decline in sales of the established brands, as less resources are targeted on their promotion. This decline has to be compensated for by greater growth of the newer portfolios. The MENA Region is ‘brand orientated’. Historically mature products have had significant investment; consequently they still have significant brand equity, which if promoted effectively, can deliver strong additional sales resulting in an extended life cycle.
We, at Dayarn Pharma, have the capability to ”foster” these mature brands, putting in place sales and marketing strategies to grow them further, giving incremental business to the MNC. Dayarn Pharma marketing evaluates the product potential and delivers a strategic and tactical plan for each partner, based on its regional understanding and market knowledge for the brand. The brand plan includes a full SWOT analysis, product feature and benefits and product positioning critical for the success of every product. Our marketing team is responsible for creating a wide range of promotional materials, detail aids and brand reminders, to support the promotional activities of the sales force. E-detailing is a new but growing trend in the region and our team has the capabilities to deliver promotional messages using these iPad based technologies to engage more effectively with our key customers.
