Step 1: Register your details here and create your username and password.

Step 2: Register for an auction: You are prompted to read and agree to our terms and conditions, which includes giving consent to undertaking electronic transactions via our online auction platform. Whether you are attending the auction in person or bidding online, only by completing this step can you bid during an auction.

Step 3: Submit your security deposit (AED 50,000 for UAE residents and AED 70,000 for non-UAE residents) via the following methods: BACS transfer, credit card, manager’s cheque or normal cheque, and cash. You should also verify your identity by sending a copy of your Emirates ID (UAE residents) or your passport (Non-UAE residents).

Step 4: You will be prompted to double check your details and confirm they are correct.

Once your details have been verified and your security deposit has been received, you can begin to browse, bid and buy!

When making a bid, you are confirming you have read and understand all the information contained in the property’s bid packet. You are also acknowledging that you will execute the contract of sale agreement and pay the appropriate deposit no later than two working days after the close of the auction.
