Premium Community Management is an independent company established under the Jointly Owned Property Laws and Directions of the Emirate of Dubai to provide Consultancy Advice and Owners Association Management for Jointly Owned Properties.
The company has been established by Anthony (Tony) Kidd, with an aim to address the market demand for experience, expertise and professionalism.

Anthony and his other senior executives have substantial experience in working with developers to establish Owners Associations as well as providing ongoing management solutions and services both locally and overseas in countries such as Oman, New Zealand and South Africa.
We provide assistance to Developers, Owners and Owners Associations to help them formalise the registration of their property with RERA. It is our aim to make the transition process from developer control to registration of the Owners Association as easy as possible through a host of services.

Understand RERA requirements to register your Owners Association.
Call and conduct the initial Inaugural General Assembly meeting.
Register elected Board Members with RERA.
Liaise with RERA on Owners Association registration.
Setting up bank accounts for the purpose of managing the funds of the Owners separate to that of the Developer.
Develop first year budgets.
Facilitate the calling of tenders to appoint appropriate service providers and manage the handover process to newly appointed contractors.

We assist developers and owners with:
Understanding developer requirements in the registration process as per the Direction of the Jointly Owned Property Law.
Appointing a RERA qualified auditor to audit the accounts prior to handover of the bank balance.
Appointing a RERA qualified party to undertake the building audit to document the building condition and ensure suitable documents are handed over to owners.
Review and approval of the Jointly Owned property Declaration (JOPD).
