Rawr Bikram Yoga Dubai Marina
Rawr Bikram Yoga Dubai Marina – Rawr Yoga is a studio founded with the vision of creating a space where all would feel welcome and inspired to experience the joy and transformative health benefits of yoga. Our classes cater to all kinds of practitioners- from fast paced, dynamic flows to the more mellow and restorative ones. We offer traditional instruction as well as the contemporary. We offer a variety of classes taught by compassionate and qualified instructors who love working with first time practitioners to the advanced, and everyone else in between. The best part? We do it together as a community.
At Rawr Yoga we don’t want to just change bodies, we want to change lives. We believe in making yoga accessible to everyone by giving them the tools and knowledge to develop or deepen their own practice by awakening intuition. We strive to meet students where they are and help carry them forward to where they want to be.
We offer a serene and inspirational setting so that our students can relax, stay mindful and develop themselves through practice. Our two bright, clean and uplifting practice spaces, with beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf, are bathed in natural sunlight during the day with a warm ambience of soft lighting during the evening. We want to empower our students with strength and focus to last beyond the studio walls.
Bikram yoga is basically a sequence of 26 traditional Hatha yoga postures that takes 90 minutes but the crucial difference to other types of yoga is that it’s done in a room heated to 41 degrees celsius.
Apparently, the sequence of postures and the heated room will warm and stretch your muscles, ligaments and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched and the heat takes the trauma out of stretching, heals and helps prevent injuries. It also promotes sweating which helps flush toxins from the body.
